Today I'm building a foldable and storable clothes drying rack made out of three cedar 1×4's and some wooden dowels. This is a great project if you want to keep your shirts from shrinking or if you need a way to air-dry clothes without a clothesline.

+Cactus! workshop Thanks!!
Cool project!
+Scrap wood City Thanks brother
My Family of 6 would need a 12 footer at least. Cool project.
Stem it off will ya.
Yeah I think so! Thanks Dan
Def need one of these living in the city
+SikedMike Yep!
Great video, I need a new rack since my old one won’t fit in my new wardrobe.
Could I use a 2×4 and save a cut by drilling the hole half way and not all the way through?
I can use a piece of tape on the bit to let me know where to stop.
Great! I Imagine that’d work fine.
I love the simple but usefull projects!
+Samo Dimitrije Awesome! Thanks!
Awesome build, Mike. Did you consider adding extension racks?
+DIY giveaways & tutorials Not on this one. I didn’t really need the extra space. It wouldn’t be too tough to incorporate it though
Just built a sandwich board today for my coffee company using roughly similar technique.
+Maxwell Mooney Very cool! That was honestly my inspiration. I saw a couple sandwich boards on Pinterest and it sort of sparked the idea haha
Man your sub count keeps climbing. You’ll be hitting 100k in no time at this rate! Any special plans for your silver subscriber button? Maybe make a better frame for it?
or mount it on an infinity mirror? I’m looking forward to the result anyway
+Call RJ I know! I’m pumped! The frame idea is cool, I could do a shadow box video for it maybe. We’ll see
Good project. Have you noticed a trend with tripod lamps? Wondering how difficult creating one of those would be. Maybe a future project? Would go really well with your mid-century modern theme.
+edharlingen75 I’ve wanted to build one! I guess I’d just need to figure out the mechanics of it. I’ll put that on the list
looks great, if I made one, it’d probably be as big as the Eiffel Tower ? #FamilyOfFive
+Live Free and DIY Haha! Sounds about right
Nice build Mike!
+Isaac Thanks a lot!
